St. Alexander International Capital (SAIC) provides investment acceleration and advisory services. By accessing our platform, you agree to operate with the highest standards of financial integrity and professional conduct.
2. Confidentiality
All deal flow, investor data, and mandate details shared through the SAIC platform are strictly confidential. Unauthorized dissemination of proprietary information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
3. Compliance & Regulatory
Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local securities laws and regulations. SAIC is an acceleration platform and does not provide regulated investment advice or broker-dealer services directly unless explicitly specified in a separate engagement agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
The SAIC methodology, branding, and technical frameworks are the exclusive property of St. Alexander International Capital. No part of our platform may be reproduced or reverse-engineered.
